Cougar Opaque is 10% recycled post-consumer, FSC, Green Seal certified and is made using wind power. We have also added a selection of 100% recycled brown-bag envelope, the Greengrocer's. The cost of the brown bag is killing us, therefor we cannot afford to ship it with our beautiful card without raising the wholesale price. We thereby offer the brown-bag envelope as an eco-friendly enhancement to customers who prefer green material over cheaper pricing, for extra $0.10 each.

Although we regret that we are not able to offer any refunds, you are always welcome to exchange any Lotus Seeds designs for other selections in the range. Just notify us or return the design you no longer want to carry, and let us know which ones you want in their place (making allowances for any difference in price), and we will send them immediately (or we can include it in your next order.
We now offer greeting options, all cards in the line are available greeted EXCEPT the Box Set. You are free to select any greeting for any card, including, but not limited to, the messages listed. We do not charge extra for the greetings, that means No refunds or exchanges are allowed for greeted cards.

Secondly, we have great confidence in our designs. However, each customer's clientele is different and it may take time for you to find out which designs sell best in your location.
